Managing this property’s landscape since 2014, our team worked closely with the property manager to improve and maintain this property’s landscaping while setting a new expectation for landscaping along the bust Route 59 corridor in Naperville. Improvement measures have included:
- Older plant material was dormant pruned to allow for new growth with proper follow up pruning
- The plan for seasonal color in ground beds and planters was improved to bring in an incredible amount of splash
- A large water fountain in the center courtyard was backfilled with planting mix, evergreen shrubs, and tons of seasonal color
- Beds throughout the center were replanted with plant material that allows for a year round display
The subsequent result of our continued landscape maintenance efforts is that this site has become the focal point for the center as you enter the center from Route 59.
