Standing 58 stories and loaded with luxury finishes and amenities, this upscale Chicago property was finished in 2014 and provides unobstructed views of the river and lake.
Brought on mid season, our teams overhauled the existing planters with all new color. The following year we added three window boxes, and replaced two streetside planters. Last year, we replaced the entrance pots with custom made planters that were specifically sized for the entrance (all are from landscape forms). The property has two green roofs as well as amenity space and gardens on both the 28th north and south facing and 29th south facing decks. Challenges are shade on north side planters and high winds.
Ongoing landscape maintenance includes:
- Seasonal change outs 4-5 a year and winter décor: (2) large trees, one 15’, and the other 12’ with all custom decor
- Site-specific seasonal color designed site and high end color to add curb appeal
- Herb garden on the 29th floor grill deck every summer
- Site irrigation
